8 Bridal Shoe Brands You Need To Know About

This month we’ve devised a super handy list of shoe designers every bride-to-be needs to know about.
Finding your sole mates for the big day can often be, for some brides, as important as finding ‘the one’ (in dress terms). Do you dive head first into your nearest Jimmy Choo store? Or opt for something you’ve spotted on the high street? Do you go for towering skyscraper heels or pearl-adorned flats? The elegance of a stiletto heel? Or the slightly sturdier block? The options are endless. Luckily for you, we’ve whipped up a list of eight totally high-voltage and fabulous shoe designers that you’ll want to consider during the shoe hunt. Let the shoe swooning commence!

#1 ARUNA SETH

Celebrated for her iconic butterfly-adorned shoes, the magpies amongst you will instantly yearn for the glittering, jewel-encrusted bridal shoes available from luxury shoe designer, Aruna Seth. With everything from sumptuous stilettos to elegant wedges and feminine flats on offer, the only dilemma you’ll face is choosing between them.

#2 CHARLOTTE MILLS

If you read the Team Hen blog on a regular basis (high five), you’ll know we already share a natural affinity for the aisle-worthy shoes of acclaimed bridal shoe designer, Charlotte Mills. Her latest collection features everything from pearl glitter leather block heels (inspired by Bianca Jagger’s wedding shoes) to super sassy slingbacks, flats with pearl-encrusted heels, polka dot tulle peep-toes and iridescent glitter. It’s literally every bride’s idea of shoe heaven.

#3 CAMILLA GABRIELI

Prepare to have your heart stolen by LA-based designer, Camilla Gabrieli’s debut collection of luxury bridal shoes. Handcrafted in a family-run factory in Italy, each and every one of the designer’s shoes is carefully constructed by hand using the finest of materials. We’re currently torn between the timeless elegance of her Sofia design and the bohemian beauty that is Stella!

#4 FREYA ROSE

We’ve been fawning over Freya Rose’s signature Mother of Pearl bridal heels for a while now (read: years), and her latest arrival: a limited edition style called Luna (pictured above) also promises to melt multiple brides’ hearts across the globe. Bookmark the designer’s URL and find yourself swooning uncontrollably over everything from her crystal embellished strappy stilettos, to decadent metallic court shoes and Mother of Pearl-infused block heels.

#5 DIANE HASSALL

With 25 years of experience in tow (not to mention periods working alongside the likes of Emma Hope and Jimmy Choo (shoe industry royalty)) and designs housed in the V&A’s permanent collection, Diane Hassall is definitely a name you’ll want to add to your wedding shoe list. Plus, not only does she design aisle-worthy shoes to instantly fawn over and order, she’ll personally work with you to create something completely unique and bespoke to you.

#6 JIMMY CHOO

Many a pair of Jimmy Choo’s has taken to the aisle on the feet of a bride, and it’s easy to see why. The latest bridal collection from the luxury label delivers on everything from glittering mules, to pearl-encrusted peep-toes and explosive tulle oversized bows, perfect if you’re looking to cause a fashionable stir.
