How to decorate a hen party house or hotel room
The best hen party decorations are planned around the room, not the other way round. Before you buy, picture where the group will spend most of the time: the lounge for pre-drinks, the dining table, or the spot by the window with the best light. That's where your banners and backdrops should go, because it's where every photo will be taken.
Pick one focal wall and go big there, then use smaller touches elsewhere. A single statement area looks far more polished than decorations scattered thinly across every room. Keep a theme colour in mind so everything ties together, whether that's silver for a disco night or pink for something girly.
When to set up
Ideally, one person arrives early and decorates while the bride is out of the way, so she walks into a finished room. Pack scissors, tape and a few spare hooks, and give yourself an hour.
