What are your office hours?

Our staff work shifts between 9am-5pm, Monday - Friday. 


Orders are not dispatched over the weekend, or bank holidays.

What happens if you run out of stock?

On rare occasions, we may run out of an item you have placed an order for - if this happens we will contact you via email to offer a refund, replacement or give you a date when we can send on the out of stock item/s.

A product I want to purchase is marked as 'Out Of Stock' - will these come back in stock?
Can I add to my order once its been placed?
I don’t live in the UK - can I still place an order?
How long does it take to process my order?

We aim to dispatch all standard orders, apart from candles, within 1-2 working days, with delivery times on-top of this.


You will receive an email to let you know your order has been dispatched, and this will have your tracking or reference number details. Please do check your junk.


Express orders are dispatched the same day (Monday - Friday) when placed by 1pm.


Candles are made to order and are subject to a 3 day dispatch time - these are clearly marked as such.

We have a 30 day return policy from the day your product is delivered. If you have decided that you no longer want or need your item, you can return it to us free of charge providing the item has not been used and is in its' original condition. Any packaging of the item must be unopened.


Please email us at or use our contact us form, and we can send over a pre-paid return label. Once we have received your items, we will issue you a full refund.

We offer bridal boutiques and selected gifting websites access to our products at trade prices. We only offer our own, Team Hen, products at trade prices and do not resell products we purchase from 3rd parties.
