Delivery
We know how important it is that everything arrives in time for the big day, so here’s what to expect.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed by 2pm, Monday to Friday, are usually dispatched the same day, unless we’re exceptionally busy. Orders placed after 2pm, at the weekend or on a bank holiday are dispatched the next working day.
Personalised items can take up to 7 working days to make. If your order includes a personalised item, we’ll send everything together once it’s ready.
Once your order is on its way, we’ll email you a dispatch confirmation with your tracking number. Please check your junk folder if it doesn’t arrive.
How much is delivery, and how long does it take?

Delivery times are estimates set by Royal Mail and aren’t guaranteed, so please order in plenty of time before your hen party or wedding.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not at the moment. We only deliver to UK addresses.
My order hasn’t arrived. What should I do?
First, check the tracking link in your dispatch email. Your parcel may have been left with a neighbour, or taken back to the delivery office if no one was in.
Once your order is with Royal Mail, delays are out of our hands, but we’ll always do our best to help. If it hasn’t arrived within 10 days of dispatch, email us at support@teamhen.co.uk and we’ll look into it.
Safe place deliveries
If you’ve asked for your parcel to be left in a safe place, either at checkout or through your delivery preferences in the Royal Mail app, it’s treated as delivered once Royal Mail leaves it there. Responsibility for the parcel passes to you at that point, and we can’t accept liability for loss, theft or damage after delivery to your chosen safe place.
